A quick pasta dish combining garlic, butter, and simple seasonings for a rich, comforting flavor.
# What You Need:
→ Pasta
01 - 12 oz spaghetti or linguine
→ Butter & Garlic
02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
→ Seasoning
04 - 1 tsp kosher salt, plus more for pasta water
05 - 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
→ Garnish (optional)
06 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
07 - Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.

03 - Add drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss to coat evenly, adding reserved pasta water gradually until the sauce becomes silky and clings to the noodles.
04 - Season the pasta mixture with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss again to combine thoroughly.
05 - Serve immediately, garnished with chopped fresh parsley and freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
