09 - 1 ripe banana
10 - 1 cup plant-based milk

14 - 1/2 cup fresh black currants, lightly crushed
15 - 6 to 8 fresh mint leaves
16 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
17 - 1.5 liters cold filtered water

# Directions:
01 - In a pitcher, combine black currant juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well to fully incorporate the syrup.
02 - Add chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently. Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the drink mixture, and garnish each glass with fresh black currants and mint sprigs.
03 - Place frozen black currants, ripe banana, plant-based milk, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
04 - If desired, add ice cubes and blend briefly to achieve extra chill. Pour smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
05 - In a large jug, add lightly crushed black currants, fresh mint leaves, and thinly sliced lemon rounds.
06 - Pour cold filtered water over the fruit and herbs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop. Serve each portion over ice cubes.
