# Directions:

02 - In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Incorporate diced ham and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in chopped spinach and halved cherry tomatoes; continue cooking until spinach is wilted, approximately 1 minute.
04 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Add half of the shredded Swiss cheese to the mixture.
