04 - 1 small zucchini, sliced into rounds
05 - 1 small red onion, sliced into thin wedges

→ Seasonings

06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
09 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Garnishes

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon toasted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Arrange the pumpkin slices in a large circle on the baking sheet to form the shape of a pumpkin face.
03 - Use bell pepper strips to outline the eyes, nose, and mouth. Fill in with zucchini and red onion for color and contrast.
04 - Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil, then sprinkle smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper evenly over them.
