# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The sweet and spicy coating creates this addictive flavor that keeps people reaching for just one more handful
  • They stay perfectly crunchy for weeks and make your kitchen smell absolutely incredible while roasting
02 -
  • The nuts will still feel slightly soft when you first take them out of the oven but they crisp up dramatically as they cool
  • Stirring halfway through prevents the ones on the bottom from burning while the ones on top stay underdone
03 -
  • Weigh your honey if possible because volume measurements can be inconsistent and affect the coating consistency
  • Use raw, unsalted nuts so you have complete control over the final flavor profile and salt level
