02 - 1 cup stuffing (herb or sausage variety)
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
04 - 1/2 cup gravy (optional, for dipping or drizzling)

05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

06 - 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

07 - 2 teaspoons butter or olive oil
# Directions:
01 - Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board and make a single straight cut from the center to the edge.
02 - Divide the tortilla into quarters; place half the turkey on the first quarter, half the stuffing on the second, half the cranberry sauce on the third, and half the cheese on the fourth.
03 - Fold the first quarter over the second, then fold over the third, followed by the fourth to create a triangle-shaped wrap.
