# What You Need:

01 - 12–16 small carrots with tops, washed and trimmed
02 - 1 cup sugar snap peas

05 - 1/2 cup cucumber slices
06 - 1/2 cup bell pepper strips (orange, yellow, or red)

07 - 1 cup hummus (classic or roasted garlic)
08 - 1/4 cup black olives, finely chopped
09 - 2 tablespoons toasted panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if needed)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Wash, trim, and cut all vegetables as needed, leaving a bit of the carrot tops attached to resemble a garden appearance.

03 - Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs and chopped parsley evenly over the hummus to simulate soil texture.
04 - Insert the carrots vertically into the hummus dip to simulate growing carrots emerging from the soil.
05 - Distribute sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, radish halves, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips artistically around the dip to fill out the board.
