# What You Need:
→ Seaweed
01 - 8 large sheets roasted nori
→ Seasoning
02 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
03 - 1 tbsp tamari or gluten-free soy sauce
04 - 1 tsp maple syrup
05 - ½ tsp sea salt
06 - ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
07 - 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
→ Optional Garnishes
08 - 1 tbsp crushed wasabi peas
09 - 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 285°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a small bowl, mix sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes until well blended.
03 - Place a nori sheet shiny side down on the parchment. Lightly brush with seasoning mixture. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Continue layering nori sheets with seasoning and seeds, finishing with a seasoned top layer.
04 - Use a sharp knife or kitchen scissors to slice the stacked sheets into bite-sized strips or squares.
05 - Place the cut pieces evenly on the baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely to achieve crispness. Garnish with crushed wasabi peas and chopped green onion if desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
