03 - 80 milliliters tomato sauce
04 - 15 milliliters pure maple syrup
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced
06 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

08 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 0.5 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
11 - 0.5 small yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
12 - 0.5 small orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
13 - 0.25 small red onion, thinly sliced
14 - 30 grams chopped baby spinach
15 - 2 tablespoons corn kernels (optional)
16 - Olive oil for brushing
# Directions:
01 - Set the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Dust a clean surface with flour, roll out the dough to 6 millimeters thickness, then cut eight 10-centimeter maple leaf shapes using a cookie cutter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Combine tomato sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
04 - Spread a thin, even layer of the sauce onto each dough leaf.
05 - Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the sauced dough.
06 - Decorate each pizza with sliced bell peppers, red onion, chopped spinach, and optional corn kernels to emulate autumn foliage colors.
07 - Lightly coat the edges of each dough leaf with olive oil to promote browning.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until cheeses are melted and the crust edges turn golden brown.
09 - Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
