11 - 8 slices sourdough bread
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
13 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until smooth.
02 - Fold in chopped spinach and artichoke hearts until evenly combined.
03 - Lay out sourdough slices. Spread a generous layer of the dip over 4 slices, then top each with additional mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
04 - Place remaining 4 slices of bread on top to complete each sandwich.
