# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
02 - Arrange frozen tater tots evenly in the skillet. Bake for 10 minutes until slightly crisp.
03 - Whisk eggs and milk until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chopped scallions.
04 - Pour the egg mixture evenly over the partially baked tater tots in the skillet.
05 - Return skillet to oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden brown.
